Tea for your sickness

I noticed that a lot of people are sick as of late... Well I've got something for you.



Try this awesome tea - specifically for colds. Got from my fitness buddy Adil:



  • 1 cup of boiled water
  • 1/4 tsp ground tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2-1 tsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
